Abstract

In order to use the four-probe method to determine the resistivity of a coating of high-entropy alloys, the correction functions were calculated when determining the resistivity based on measuring the potential difference between the probes placed on a hexagonal stainless steel sample coated with a conductive coating. The presence of boundaries with a non-conductive medium (air) and the presence of a conductive substrate with a conductive coating were taken into account. The method of mirror images was used for the calculation. Correction functions for a hexagonal sample with a thin coating are obtained.

Abstract

The analysis of scientific data on biological characteristics, stages of development, chemical properties of individual organs (leaves, roots, flowers, etc.), biological activity of compounds isolated from the pure white water lily (Nymphaea candida J.Presl & C.Presl). The possibilities of practical use of plant raw materials for medicinal purposes are shown. The places of growth of the species in Kazakhstan are reflected both according to herbarium samples and according to the materials of their own research. As a result of the surveys, the growth places of N. candida were found on the territory of the State National Natural park "Kokshetau" (Northern Kazakhstan). They are reservoirs - the Omir Suiy waterfall of the Ormandy Bulak branch and the Uvarovo urochishche of the Nizhne-Burluk forestry district of the Arykbalyk branch. The population area does not exceed 0.2 ha for each reservoir. The phytocenotic role of the species as an important component of the aquatic ecosystems of the region is shown and suggestions for its conservation are given.

Abstract

The world is experiencing a global explosion of knowledge, which is the driving force of science and technology. Science and technology originate in an adventurous workforce well-equipped with basic scientific knowledge. No subject can be taught in isolation, like teaching physics. For effective learning, it is necessary to use all the advantages of the interconnections and applications of the subject of physics. In addition to the connection with other disciplines and everyday life, physics can have many connections with scientific disciplines. The artificial division of science into different spheres is a matter of convenience, not necessity. On this basis, many teachers advocate the introduction of curricula based on the relationship between different subjects. These types of training programs give more importance to our classroom instructions. There are various inventions in the physical development of our society, so physics makes a great contribution to the development of some other disciplines. Currently, we cannot find something that does not require knowledge about science, there are many specialties that have never existed before, for which the study of science is a basic requirement, for example, medicine, engineering, agriculture, paramedics, computers, etc. Thus, in order to get any such professional, it is necessary and, consequently, school curricula, i.e. a system of interdisciplinary communication is introduced in the description of the subject. This suggests that for the scientific progress of the country, the educational sector needs to prepare people with a scientific mindset. However, all over the world, modern youth do not understand the main differences in the teaching of natural sciences, that is, physics and biology, in educational centers. In this context, we emphasize the main relevance of the article.

Abstract

The factor that ensures the effectiveness of educational assessment is the integration of its formative and summative assessment practices. The article presents the results of a survey of school teachers, the analysis of which confirms the need for teachers in detailed, theoretically substantiated recommendations that will improve the effectiveness of assessment activities. The purpose of this article is to present the author's point of view on the possibility of integrating the practices of summative and formative assessment of teaching mathematics to schoolchildren. Along with methodological recommendations reflecting possible ways of integrating formative and summative assessment, the article shows an example of the active participation of students in the development of descriptors. It is especially noted that the summative assessment should not be perceived by either the student or the teacher as the end of a certain stage of education, it should become the basis for formative assessment.

This article is devoted to the private law problems of regulating cryptocurrencies and some of the problems that cryptocurrencies can cause. Cryptocurrencies are very popular with offenders, since crimes committed with them have a high level of confidentiality. Cryptocurrencies allow you to transfer money without the intervention of a third party in the person of a banking organization, which simplifies transfers and guarantees their anonymity. The article also discusses the problem associated with the decentralization of blockchain technology, the nodes of which can be located all over the world and, accordingly, obey conflicting laws.

Also, the article discusses blockchain technology, which is a special type of database and was first used in the Bitcoin system in 2008. Blockchain technology is an integral part of most of the current cryptocurrencies, as many of them are based on this technology.

The relevance of this article is caused by the presence of some private law problems of regulating cryptocurrencies, which are discussed in this article.

Abstract

The tax on vehicles is classified as direct and is credited to local budgets. Its role in the revenues of local budgets of the leading countries of the world is constantly increasing, as the number of vehicles has a constant upward trend. Even with the destruction of transport and logistics chains in the world, the number of cars is growing due to the emergence of new types of vehicles. In the near future, a transport revolution is expected in the world. And this is due not only to the growing use of electric vehicles, but also to the introduction of non-traditional modes of transport into the public sphere.

Also, the calculation of transport tax is constantly changing and improving all over the world. In a word, it has a dynamic behavior, unlike, for example, such a tax as the land tax. In this regard, a brief study of the transport taxation of the leading countries should be carried out.

Abstract

Despite all its advantages, the information space is a huge public danger, since, in particular, it is used to commit offenses. Offenses committed in the information space are characterized by high latency, since law enforcement agencies do not have enough opportunities to investigate and disclose these crimes, since they can be committed on the territory of one country, while the location of the offender may be on the territory of a completely different country or continent.

This article discusses the criminalization of the information space and the criminal activity of extremist groups in social networks.

The relevance of this article lies in the fact that this article examines the problems that have appeared with the spread of social networks, and what kind of public danger they pose. Crimes committed through the use of the Internet are characterized by high latency and pose huge problems for law enforcement agencies. To combat Internet crime, States need to improve the technical support of their own law enforcement agencies.

Rapeseed productivity will not be very high. Therefore, it is necessary to study the effect of biologically active substances on the productivity and quality of spring rape. Biologically active substances have effective, fast-acting factors that contribute to improving the quality of crops and crop yields. With the help of which the metabolism changes, affects the chemical composition of plants, the accumulation of proteins, fats, carbohydrates and the quality and quantity of products.

In this work the questions of efficiency of use of biologically active substances at cultivation of spring rape in the conditions of SKO are considered.

The paper deals with the research of new structures of concrete hydraulic structures. An important stage in their design is the correct choice of groups of fish passage structures. It is worth noting that the selection of the structure group is carried out mainly on the basis of technical and economic comparisons, and not for structural reasons, taking into account the possibility of fish passing along the entire length of the tract.

Abstract

Driving has certainly changed the way we travel and explore different parts of the globe, under full human control and with respect to human intuition and previous driving experience. But manual control does not guarantee safety and the absence of fatalities in all possible driving conditions.

Autonomous driving is the solution to this problem. However, artificial intelligence has not yet touched all aspects of the technology. This article provides a brief overview of how Tesla Motor's semi-autonomous driving technology - Tesla Autopilot is changing the process, orientations and transportation. By incorporating state-of-the-art AI and hardware technology, next-generation autonomous driving is improved in real time. Tesla Autopilot relieves drivers of the most tedious and potentially dangerous aspects of road traffic.
