Зоонозды РНҚ вирустарының пайда болуы жаһандық қоғамдық денсаулық сақтау жүйесіне елеулі қауіп төндіреді, оның ішінде жаңа инфекциялық аурулардың шамамен 75%-ы жануарлар резервуарларынан бастау алады. Жаһандық эволюциялық үрдістер жақсы зерттелгенімен, вирустың мутациялық динамикасы мен өңірлік экологиялық факторлардың (әсіресе Орталық Азияда) өзара байланысы жеткілікті түрде толықтырылмаған, бұл биоқауіпсіздік саласындағы тиімді эпидемиологиялық қадағалауға кедергі келтіреді. Бұл шолу PRISMA нұсқауларына сәйкес дайындалған және РНҚ вирустарының мутациялық икемділігі мен табиғи резервуарлардағы циркуляциясын талдау үшін PubMed, Web of Science және Scopus деректер базаларынан алынған молекулалық-генетикалық мәліметтерді жинақтайды. Біздің талдауымыз түр аралық кедергілерді жеңудің молекулалық факторларын сипаттайды және Қазақстанның ерекше биогеографиялық ландшафты өңірлік деңгейдегі вирустар эволюциясының катализаторы ретінде қызмет ететінін көрсетеді. Біз аймақтағы болашақ зоонозды қауіптерді азайту үшін «Біртұтас денсаулық» (One Health) тұжырымдамасын метагеномдық мониторингпен интеграциялау қажет деген қорытындыға келдік.
