Author Guidelines
The text of the article with a volume of 5-10 pages (for short messages 2-3 pages) should be typed in the Word editor, in Times New Roman font, with a single interval. Page parameters: A4 format, margins - 2.5 cm on all sides.
Critical reviews are accepted after the instruction of the editor-in-chief or the executive secretary of the series being produced. Authors offering critical reviews first contact the editor-in-chief or executive secretary of this series. Abstract, keywords, references, information about the author in Kazakh, Russian and English are not included in the calculation of the volume of the article. Works exceeding the specified volume are accepted for publication in exceptional cases by a special decision of the Editorial Board of the journal.
The text of the article should include:
- an introduction that provides introductory information related to the topic of the article; describes the purpose and objectives of the study, relevance and novelty;
- research methods - describe the sequence of research and justify the choice of methods used; materials, instruments, equipment and other conditions for conducting experiments / observations;
- research results representing the actual results of the study (text, tables, graphs, diagrams, equations, photographs, drawings);
- a discussion containing the interpretation of the results of the study, including:
- compliance of the obtained results with the research hypothesis;
- limitations of the study and generalization of its results;
- suggestions for practical application;
- suggestions for the direction of future research;
- a conclusion containing a summary of the sections of the article without repeating the wording given in them;
- list of references.
Articles are sent to the Bulletin's website personally by the author.
The article should indicate the UDC index, MRNTI, DOI for unique and permanent online identification of the journal content and links to the Internet.
The title of the article, the author's surname, and the place of work are indicated in three languages (Kazakh, Russian, English). If the author's article is in Kazakh, then the title of the article in Kazakh is placed first, and then in two other languages. If the article is in English, it is done similarly.
The annotations should be submitted in three languages (Kazakh, Russian, English). The abstract should reflect the problems of the article, goals, methods and results of the work, the scope of the results, conclusions. The abstract should be informative and succinct (no more than 300 words).
Keywords should consist of 6-8 phrases.
References to scientific sources are mandatory, they should be indicated in square brackets by an ordinal number, as mentioned, in accordance with the list of references, for example: [1, pp. 15-17].
Drawings and photographs should have a clear image quality. All graphic materials (graphs, diagrams, diagrams) should be grouped in the form of a drawing, and formulas in the form of a single object.
Tables should be included directly in the text of the article, they should be numbered and accompanied by a reference to them in the text of the article. Drawings, graphs should be presented in one of the standard formats: PS, PDF, TIFF, GIF, JPEG, BMP, PCX. Dot drawings should be made with a resolution of 600 dots per inch. All details must be clearly presented in the drawings.
Examples of references, according to GOST 7.1-2003 "Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description. General requirements and rules".
The list of references is indicated in the original language of the sources (Kazakh, Russian and other non-English languages) is drawn up in accordance with GOST 7.1-2003 "Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description. General requirements and rules of compilation". References to sources in a language using the Cyrillic alphabet must be transliterated in Latin letters. Transliteration is given using an online translator at the link http://translit-online.ru /. This online translator does not transliterate specific letters of the Kazakh alphabet. Here, after transliteration of the Kazakh text, the authors should make an adjustment.
The first reference in the text to the literature should have the number [1], the second - [2], etc. in order. When referring to a result from a book, its number from the list of references is indicated (separated by a semicolon) and the number of the page on which this result is published. For example: [8; 325]. References to unpublished works are not allowed;
The editorial board of the journal "Bulletin of M. Kozybaev Moscow State University" is responsible for making a decision on the selection of articles for publication. The editors' evaluation of the submitted works should be limited only to intellectual content. The Editorial Board may, at its discretion, reject any material that violates the legal requirements regarding libel, copyright infringement and plagiarism.
Responsibilities of authors
The authors are responsible for the reliability and significance of the scientific results, as well as for the relevance of the scientific content of the works.
Manuscripts of articles published earlier or submitted to other publications are not accepted.
By submitting the text of the work for publication in the journal, the authors guarantee that:
the work has not been published before, and is not being considered for publication in another journal, as well as the publication has been approved by all the authors and secretly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was performed.
The originality of the received articles is checked using the anti-plagiarism system. Approval for publication in the journal is given to articles with a percentage of originality of at least 70%. If the works of other authors are used, the corresponding bibliographic references are made.
Fake or deliberately inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and are unacceptable.
The journal "Bulletin of M. Kozybayev SKU" is published 4 times a year in five areas: natural sciences, agricultural sciences, social and humanitarian sciences, pedagogical sciences, technical sciences.
Terms of acceptance, review of articles and publication of the issue of the journal:
- No. 1 - Acceptance of articles until February 15, the editorial board considers from February 16 to February 28, the publication of the journal - until March 30;
- No. 2 - Acceptance of articles until May 15, the editorial board considers from May 16 to May 30, the publication of the journal until June 30;
- No. 3 - Acceptance of articles until August 15, the editorial board considers from August 16 to August 30, the publication of the journal - until September 30;
- No. 4 - Acceptance of articles until November 15, the editorial board considers from November 16 to November 30, the publication of the journal - until December 30.
Articles that do not meet the above requirements in terms of content and design will not be accepted for publication and will not be returned to the authors.
