Abstract
As a result of the threat of German occupation of the western regions of the USSR, the state leadership decided to evacuate the population and strategically important enterprises to the eastern regions. In the summer[1]autumn of 1941, the Bolshevichka factory was evacuated from Kherson to Kostanay. From the moment of arrival at a new destination, the process of reorganization of the work of the factory team begins. Based on archival materials, the article examines the systematization of the factory during this period.
