Abstract
The main potential in the state is the people. There are several ways to express dissatisfaction if people are unhappy. Unrest within the country is undoubtedly due to a misunderstanding of the policy of the ruling, due to positive rejection. Untimely resolution leads to various protests. The petitions that took place at the beginning of the twentieth century are one of the manifestations of this. This topic is studied from among historians, politicians, journalists, sociologists. But I haven't received the full price yet.
