ELECTROCHEMICAL DEPOSITION OF CRACK – FREE COATINGS ON BASE OF NI – W BINARY ALLOY
Аннотация
Ni – W қорытпасына негізделген пирофосфатты электролитті импульстік ток режимінде негізделген электрохимиялық жабудың негізгі ерекшеліктері зерттелді. 8,7 және 9,5 рН екі электролит пайдаланылды. Тұндыру 0.01 – 0.1 А / см2 диапазонында өзгеретін ток тығыздығымен жүргізілді және жұмыс циклі (салыстырмалы импульстік ұзақтығы) 20 – 100 % шегінде өзгерді. Беткі қабаттың морфологиясы, SEM, EDS және XRD көмегімен қаптамалардың элементтік және фазалық құрамы зерттелді. Эксперименттік жағдай анықталды, бұл максималды ток ағымына және жабудағы максималды W құрамына жетуге мүмкіндік береді. Импульстік ток режимі 6 мкм – нен астам қалыңдығымен жарықтарсыз жоғары сапалы қаптамаларды алуға мүмкіндік береді.
