Мақалада SaryarkaAvtoProm LLP автомобиль өнеркәсібі кәсіпорнында жабдыққа болжамды қызмет көрсету жүйесін тәжірибелік-өнеркәсіптік енгізу нәтижелері келтірілген. Жүйе көп арналы сенсорлық деректерде (діріл, температура, қысым, технологиялық сұйықтықтарды тұтыну) және сәтсіздік журналдарында оқытылған Машиналық оқыту алгоритмдерінің ансамбліне негізделген. Онлайн мониторинг жүйесінің прототипі Механикалық құрастыру цехының екі басым құрастыру желісімен (қозғалтқыш және трансмиссия тораптары) біріктірілген.
Екі айдың ішінде нақты уақыттағы жүйе сенсорлық деректер ағындарын талдап, сәтсіздік ықтималдығы шегі 0,7-ден асқан кезде ескертулер жасады. Көрсетілген кезеңде 14 дабыл хабарламасы жасалды, олардың тоғызы жабдықтың нақты алдын ала болжанған жай-күйіне сәйкес келді, ал бес жағдайда жоспарлы жөндеу шеңберінде жойылған тозудың айқын белгілері анықталды.
