Гастротуризм как драйвер сектора услуг аграрных регионов Казахстана

Аннотация
На основе и в связи с мезотерриториальными исследованиями регионального сектора услуг в статье рассматривается потенциал гастрономического туризма Северо-Казахстанской области. Необходимость развития непроизводственной сферы продиктована исключительно агрохозяйственной специализацией региона и монополизацией сельского рынка труда. В то же время имеющиеся материальные и нематериальные активы позволяют полномасштабно развивать сферы услуг, особенно, гастрономический туризм. Предлагаются различные гастротуристские продукты, способные оказать мультипликативный эффект на сервисную экономику и устойчивое развитие региона в целом.
