Abstract

This article is devoted to the construction of unique and technically complex buildings and structures, which is associated with increased requirements in the words of for safety and technical and economic risks that require scientific and technical support for these objects. The basis is the well-known laws of geometric and wave optics, as well as the phenomenological theory in the words of the scientist of optical-electrical processes associated with the interaction of a light wave with an optical fiber.
