В статье проанализирована и изучена общая ситуация на рынке труда, проблема безработицы. Рынок труда является зеркалом состояния экономики. Он показывает объем и динамику занятости населения, уровень безработицы по отраслям, структуру профессионально-квалификационных, демографических и других показателей. Проанализировать основные показатели рынка труда Казахстана, определить причины безработицы среди женщин и молодежи путем определения доли занятых по возрасту и полу. Развитие рынка труда в Казахстане обеспечивает предприятия качественными кадрами, в том числе: определение причин безработицы среди женщин и молодежи показывает актуальность темы. Выявлены причины безработицы среди женщин и молодежи. Предложено развитие рынка труда и предоставление качественной работы. Для этого нужно создать национальную систему прогнозирования развития рабочей силы; продолжить работу по развитию национальной системы квалификаций, где работодатели утверждают требования к знаниям и компетенциям работников; поощрение официальной и продуктивной занятости; были внесены предложения, такие как создание эффективной модели трудового посредничества. Сложившаяся ситуация на рынке труда требует организованных действий и быстрой адаптации к любым факторам.
The general situation of the labor market, the problem of unemployment was analyzed and studied in the article. The labor market is a mirror of the state of the economy.
