В данной статье на основе зарубежного опыта эффективной разработки, внедрения и сертификации систем менеджмента качества на предприятиях, занимающихся производством, переработкой и сбытом продовольственных и непродовольственных товаров из сельскохозяйственного сырья в странах Восточной Европы, представлены результаты исследований, проведенных руководителем Ассоциации премии по качеству Чешской Республики Ж.Ф. Паланом, определена роль системы менеджмента в продвижении чешских сельхозпредприятий. Конечным результатом внедрения системы менеджмента на сельскохозяйственных предприятиях Чешской Республики является постепенное изменение деловой культуры, в том числе изменение ценностей.Для сельскохозяйственных предприятий, внедряющих и сертифицирующих систем менеджмента качества, главной целью является не качество конечной продукции, а выравнивание всех производственных процессов к требованиям потребителей. Так, для производителей молока главной целью является не определенное качество молока, а оптимизация производства для получения продукта с требуемыми свойствами как результат производственной торговли.
In this article, on the basis of foreign experience of effective development, implementation and certification of quality management systems in enterprises engaged in the production, processing and marketing of food and nonfood products from agricultural raw materials in the countries of Eastern Europe, the results of studies carried out by the head of the Association quality award of the Czech Republic J.F. Palan defines the role of management system in the promotion of Czech agricultural enterprises. The end result of the implementation of the management system in the agricultural enterprises of the Czech Republic is a gradual change in business culture, including a change in values. For agricultural enterprises that implement and certify quality management systems, the main goal is not the quality of the final product, but the alignment of all production processes to the requirements of consumers. Thus, for milk producers, the main goal is not a certain quality of milk, but the optimization of production to obtain a product with the required properties as a result of production trade.
