В статье рассматриваются перспективы развития Единой государственной системы мониторинга окружающей среды и природных ресурсов на базе автоматизированных систем экологического мониторинга крупных субъектов экономики. Приводятся примеры успешного взаимодействия госорганов и природопользователей в области автоматизированного обмена экологической информацией и обеспечения открытого доступа к ней заинтересованной общественности. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам организации автоматизированных систем экологического мониторинга хозяйствующими субъектами с учетом значительных затрат на создание и содержание станций наблюдения за состоянием окружающей среды.
The article discusses the prospects for the development of a unified state system for monitoring the environment and natural resources based on automated environmental monitoring systems for large economic entities. Examples of successful cooperation between government agencies and nature users in the field of automated exchange of environmental information and ensuring open access to it to the interested public are given. Special attention is paid to the organization of automated environmental monitoring systems by business entities, taking into account the significant costs of creating and maintaining environmental monitoring stations.
