Также обсуждаются методы и особенности их преподавания в школьном курсе географии, предлагаются эффективные методические подходы, направленные на повышение уровня знаний учащихся.</p><p>Природные опасные явления — это природные процессы, оказывающие значительное влияние на экологическое равновесие на Земле, на жизнь человека и его хозяйственную деятельность. Их появление связано с изменениями в земной коре, атмосфере, гидросфере и биосфере. Землетрясения, извержения вулканов, штормы, наводнения, сели и оползни — это примеры катастроф, демонстрирующих динамичную природу природных систем. Некоторые из таких явлений могут развиваться длительное время и быть предсказаны, другие происходят внезапно, приводя к большим катастрофам.</p><p>На сегодняшний день частота и интенсивность природных катастроф растет. Исследования ученых показывают, что изменения климата, урбанизация, уничтожение лесов и антропогенные воздействия на экосистемы способствуют усилению этих явлений. Поэтому обучение природным опасностям является одной из основных задач школьного курса географии. Важно дать учащимся полное понимание причин, зон распространения природных опасностей, их воздействия на человечество и мер предотвращения.</p><p>Через курс географии учащиеся не только получают теоретические знания, но и формируют культуру безопасности, учатся работать с картами, изучают способы предотвращения природных катастроф и защиты от них. В процессе занятий рассматриваются конкретные примеры природных катастроф, анализируются их последствия и пути их предотвращения. Это способствует научному пониманию природных явлений и ответственности за окружающую среду у учащихся.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article focuses on examining the main types of natural hazardous phenomena, describes their causes and consequences. It also examines the methods and peculiarities of teaching them in the school geography curriculum, and offers effective methodological approaches aimed at improving students' knowledge.</p><p>Natural hazardous phenomena are natural processes that significantly impact the ecological balance on Earth, human life, and economic activities. Their occurrence is related to changes in the Earth's crust, atmosphere, hydrosphere, and biosphere. Earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, storms, floods, mudslides, and landslides are examples of disasters that demonstrate the dynamic nature of natural systems. Some of these phenomena may develop over a long period and can be predicted, while others occur suddenly, leading to large-scale catastrophes.</p><p>Currently, the frequency and intensity of natural disasters are increasing. According to scientists' research, climate change, urbanization, deforestation, and anthropogenic impacts on ecosystems contribute to the intensification of these phenomena. Therefore, education about natural hazards is one of the key tasks of the school geography curriculum. It is important to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the causes, distribution areas, impact on humanity, and preventive measures for natural hazards.</p><p>Through the geography course, students not only acquire theoretical knowledge but also develop safety culture, learn to work with maps, and study methods of preventing natural disasters and protecting from them. During lessons, real-life examples of natural disasters are discussed, their consequences are analyzed, and prevention strategies are examined.
