Однако, интерес к этой проблеме у ученых не ослабевает, что свидетельствует об особой значимости и актуальности ее решения на современном этапе модернизации и развития системы непрерывного педагогического образования. С латинского «компетентность» переводится как круг вопросов, в которых человек хорошо информирован, обладает знаниями и опытом, поэтому человек, компетентный в определенной области, обладает соответствующими знаниями и способностями, позволяющими ему разумно судить об этой области и эффективно работать в ней. В то же время профессиональной компетенцией называют индивидуально-психологическое воспитание, включающее опыт, знания, психологическую готовность. Таким образом, под компетентностью понимается совокупность взаимосвязанных качеств личности (знаний, умений, навыков, способов выполнения деятельности, опыта практического использования знаний и умений, характеристик мышления, обеспечивающих способность принимать эффективные решения, действовать рационально и т.д.), задаваемых по отношению к определенному кругу предметов и процессов, и необходимых, чтобы качественно и продуктивно действовать по отношению к ним.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A fairly significant number of scientific papers are devoted to the consideration of the problem of the formation of competence in professional communication. However, the interest of scientists in this problem does not diminish, which indicates the special importance and relevance of its solution at the present stage of modernization and development of the system of continuous pedagogical education. From Latin, "competence" is translated as a range of issues in which a person is well informed, has knowledge and experience, so a person with competence in a certain field has the appropriate knowledge and ability to reasonably judge this area and work effectively in it. At the same time, professional competence is called individual psychological education, including experience, knowledge, psychological readiness.
