Показано, что учителя меньше страдают от сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, но у них высока вероятность возникновения психических и психосоматических заболеваний, являющихся причиной досрочного выхода на пенсию. Наиболее часто исследуемой проблемой учителей является эмоциональное выгорание, которое не считается заболеванием. Основным компонентом эмоционального выгорания считается эмоциональное истощение. Разные авторы выделяют другие сопутствующие компоненты, как цинизм, снижение производительности, деперсонализация, редукция профессиональных достижений и др. Эти симптомы усугубляются профессиональным стажем, курением, чувством вины и личным неудовлетворением. В связи с этим необходима диагностика депрессивных расстройств учителей и проведение скрининга с целью раннего выявления поведенческих и эмоциональных проблем учителей средних общеобразовательных школ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article provides an overview of the literature data on the physical and mental health of teachers in secondary schools. It has been shown that teachers suffer less from cardiovascular diseases, but they have a high likelihood of mental and psychosomatic diseases, which are the reason for early retirement. The most frequently researched problem in teachers is burnout, which is not considered a disease. Emotional exhaustion is considered a major component of burnout. Various authors highlight other accompanying components, such as cynicism, decreased productivity, depersonalization, reduction of professional achievements, etc. These symptoms are aggravated by professional experience, smoking, feelings of guilt and personal dissatisfaction.
