В результате угрозы оккупации Германией западных регионов СССР руководство государства приняло, решение об эвакуации населения и стратегически важных предприятий в восточные регионы. В конце 1941 года из Симферополя в Костанай прибыла часть оборудования кожевенного комбината им. Ф.З. Дзержинского. С момента прибытия на новое место назначения начинается процесс реорганизации работы коллектива фабрики. В статье на основе архивных материалов рассматривается работа фабрики в этот период.
As a result of the threat of German occupation of the western regions of the USSR, the state leadership decided to evacuate the population and strategically important enterprises to the eastern regions. At the end of 1941, part of the equipment of the tannery named after F.Z. Dzerzhinsky arrived from Simferopol to Kostanay. From the moment of arrival at a new destination, the process of reorganization of the work of the factory team begins. Based on archival materials, the article examines the work of the factory during this period.
